Bravo Builders tops out Woods Bagot-designed Jay Street Residences

Jay Street Residences topping-out, 203 Jay Street - Brooklyn, NY

Brooklyn, NY Bravo Builders has topped out the Jay Street Residences, a 33-story mixed-used high-rise tower, located at 203 Jay St. The 332,000 s/f development is located between Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO and Downtown Brooklyn and is comprised of 270 residential units, nine floors of commercial office space and two retail spaces.

Bravo Builders worked with Woods Bagot Architects to design and construct the new tower, including two lobbies—one for access to the residential unit and another for the office spaces—and all amenity spaces including a community park. Situated less than a mile from Brooklyn’s waterfront, Jay Street Residences will offer unobstructed views of Manhattan’s skyline and the East River bridges. Residential units feature walnut-stained flooring and high-end finishes and appliances. Exposed concrete and limestone wood flooring are highlighted in lobbies.   Residential amenities will be located within the 33rd, 9th, ground and cellar levels of the building and include a roof terrace with lounge, fitness center and two-level parking garage.

“Our leadership and on-site project team at Bravo Builders ensured the excellent craftsmanship of every detail at Jay Street Residences,” said Christopher Albero, president of Bravo Builders. “Our understanding of the design vision, our construction expertise and our team’s hard work came together to create an outstanding product. We are happy to have been a part of the Jay Street Residence team.”
