Braus, Someck and Kunikoff of Lee NYC arrange 37,739 s/f lease expansion for Zero Point Zero

New York, NY Peter Braus, managing principal, Dennis Someck, executive managing director/principal, and Mitchell Kunikoff, executive managing director/principal of Lee NYC have arranged a 10-year lease expansion and renewal for Zero Point Zero Productions at 875 Avenue of the Americas. The TV media company, known for “Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown” and “The Hunt with John Walsh,” is leasing the entire third and fourth floors, bringing its total occupancy to 37,739 s/f on three-and-a-half floors. The lease was between Lee NYC and the owners of the 26-story, 250,000 s/f, circa 1920s office tower.

“Since the completion of a multi-million dollar capital improvement program last year, our team has leased more than 100,000 s/f at the building,” said Braus. “The new tenant base has been upgraded significantly to include some TAMI businesses, and old-line family-owned firms like F. Schumacher & Co. This newest lease with Zero Point Zero reflects the successful re-positioning of the building and the continued confidence our tenants have in management and the quality of the building.”

Other new tenants that have moved to 875 Avenue of the Americas within the past year include HJ Rashti and Compliance Science.

Managed by Sierra Real Estate LLC with an ownership that includes some of the partners of Lee & Associates NYC, 875 Avenue of the Americas, located on the northwest corner of West 31st St.,  is 95% occupied with asking rents in the mid-to-high $50s per s/f.
