Brady joins CLP as vice president of property management and operations

Suffern, NY Jim Brady has joined Castle Lanterra Properties (CLP) as vice president of property management and operations, according to Elie Rieder, founder and CEO of the privately-held real estate company. He brings more than two decades of real estate management experience to his new role with the N.Y.-based CLP. “His high principles and commitment to value have helped him to excel in virtually every facet of this industry,” said Rieder. “His strong success rate in real estate markets across the country will provide great depth to our company’s ongoing property management efforts, providing leadership in portfolio management, organizational structure and NOI growth.” Prior to joining CLP, Brady had held numerous senior leadership positions for multifamily real estate firms across the country, including AvalonBay Communities and Lincoln Property Co., Trammell Crow Residential, and Summit Properties. He has been responsible for portfolios as large as 147 apartment communities, and up to 475 employees. Brady earned a Bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University and has extensive industry-specific continuing education credits. Castle Lanterra Properties specializes in identifying investment opportunities in multi-family properties. Founded by Elie Rieder, the firm acquires, improves, repositions and manages a portfolio of properties across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southern U.S., with a proven track record of creating above-market returns for investors.  In the past two years, Castle Lanterra Properties has acquired $500 million of assets including over 3,000 residential units.
