Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C. Promotes Ecker to partner, supreme court litigation

According to law firm Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C., Jennifer Ecker has been named partner of its supreme court litigation department. In her new position, she will regularly litigate in the New York state and federal courts, as well as before various administrative agencies. Ecker's practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, supervising commercial and residential real estate closings, counseling clients on landlord and tenant legal issues, New York condominium and cooperative law and N.Y.C. Loft Board issues. Her bar affiliations include the Association of Arbitrators of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Smalls Claims Part. Prior to joining Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C., she was a senior supervising associate at another prominent New York law firm, where she represented clients in variegated real estate litigation and transactional matters. For more than three decades, Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C. has been a leader in real estate law, representing hundreds of landlords of residential and commercial properties in New York City, as well as Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland counties.
