Bond launches BPMG and opens new flagship office at Columbus Cir.
Bond New York has formed Bond Property Marketing Group (BPMG) and opened the firm's new flagship office located at 1776 Broadway in Columbus Cir., which will include its new international projects sales and experience gallery. The new division, headed by Fernanda Forman, managing director of BPMG, offers marketing strategies for city residential condos, rental buildings and international mixed-use urban and resort properties. Forman brings 25 years of experience to BPMG, including tenure as executive VP of real estate sales and leasing for the Essex House Hotel, as well as director of residential marketing at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.
