The envelopes will be unsealed and the winners revealed at real estate's biggest night — the BOMA/NY Pinnacle Awards—to be held the evening of February 26th at Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers. The association's renowned Oscar-style ceremony starts at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception, the gourmet dinner and ceremony follow at 7 p.m., and celebration drinks cap the night. Tickets cost $475 each, and attendees will be treated to a night of multimedia presentations, rock/pop soundtracks worthy of real estate's best, and a celebration of excellence that will be long remembered.
Seventeen nominees are competing for awards in 11 categories across the spectrum of real estate and include some of the biggest names in ownership, management and professional services. Most building nominees are now fully sustainable even as they span the centuries - from the historic structure that defined New York's forgotten Automobile Row to a striking Modernist office complex in the Cooper Union neighborhood.
