August 15, 2023 - Owners Developers & Managers

Manhattan, NY The CRE industry stands at a pivotal moment today. The best owners and managers will rise to the occasion with solutions to ensure their tenants have the ideal space for collaboration and productivity. Unequivocally, office buildings will always be a necessity in all major commercial markets.

Between more than 11.7 million s/f of new trophy office space delivered in the past two years, and millions of s/f being reimagined throughout New Yorck City, the call to action for quality is being delivered. The New York City office market consistently leads by example with outstanding buildings and personnel. With that said, BOMA New York, its staff and board of directors are excited about the upcoming Pinnacle Awards Dinner at Pier 60, scheduled for September 28th.

This year, we will celebrate 26 professionals and 12 buildings. Unique attributes to this years’ nominees include a building with the top LEED score in the country; one of the most iconic skyscrapers of all time; a $4 billion transit hub; the newest addition to the midtown skyline; and so much more.

The Pinnacle Awards are the commercial real estate industry’s highest recognition honoring excellence in building management and operations. Professional nominees are exemplary leaders within their respective professions, who best embody the passion and professionalism that is unique to New York City.
