BOMA Long Island holds Fire and Security Systems open forum; Presentation given by Briscoe Protective Services

On April 9th, BOMA Long Island held an open forum presentation at 68 South Service Rd., to share the new developments in Fire and Security Systems. This presentation was given by one of their members, Briscoe Protective Systems. Some of the topics discussed were, Wireless Alarm Systems. These wireless systems can save the building owners a lot of money in installation costs. In addition, Video Verification and Remote Access. Video has been available on smart phones and tablets for some time but now, also being able to remotely manage your security systems. Lastly, they discussed the new laws on Carbon Monoxide Monitors, which will be effective as of June.
