Bolla joins Prudential Douglas Elliman as senior managing director

Prudential Douglas Elliman has appointed Michael Bolla as a senior managing director. A specialist in historic preservation, he has been restoring storied properties and transforming them into living spaces since he was 21. Now, paired with Prudential Douglas Elliman, he is ready to set a new standard in the real estate industry. "I am thrilled to be joining the Prudential Douglas Elliman team," said Bolla, who is the former sales director for Luxury Lofts & Homes. "It is an honor to be a part of the most recognizable name in real estate. I have a very exciting year ahead, continuing to represent so many wonderful New York City properties, but also increasing my portfolio to include over 150 new condominium units in Chelsea, Tribeca and on the Lower East Side." Bolla takes along to PDE his famed Chelsea Mansion, located at 436 West 20th St. He has artfully restored this 185-year-old home, returning it to its 19th Century splendor, while also integrating state-of-the-art technology. It is currently comprised of 6 impeccable rental gems where residents pay between $15,000 and $20,000 per month. Each home is outfitted with period antiques, butler service and a house seamstress. It was restored in a manner that allows an easy conversion back to a single family. "We could not be more delighted to be working with Michael Bolla; his successes speak for themselves," said Dottie Herman, CEO, Prudential Douglas Elliman. "Whether he is representing the 40,000 s/f historic Forward Building on the Lower East Side or 436 West 20th St., Bolla carries out his work in a matchlessly professional and intimate way that is only seen in people truly passionate about architecture, design and provenance. He's both an artist and a businessman." Bolla's commitment to every property he puts his name on has led to pleasing interactions with his celebrity clients - from entertainment moguls to the managers and agents who represent them. Bolla's notable clients include Denzel Washington, Heidi Klum, Jennifer Aniston, Paul Rudd and Mike Piazza. Bolla's stellar client relations and sales history are poised to be a long-term asset to Prudential Douglas Elliman.
