Bluerock tops out The Charles, designed by Ismael Leyva Architects; Interior design by David Collins Studio

The Charles, a limited collection of full-floor, four-bedroom condominium residences at 1355 First Ave. between 72nd and 73rd Sts., celebrated its topping out with a party for the crew and leadership team. The project cost was not diclosed. The 32-story Upper East Side building, developed by Bluerock (www.bluerockre.com), is a collaboration by Ismael Leyva of Ismael Leyva Architects P.C. (ILA Architects), and David Collins Studio interior design. TOWN New Development is the exclusive sales and marketing agent, led by sales directors Ginger Brokaw and Jason Karadus. Service amenities include: a 24-hour attended lobby, lounge, technogym, game room, private service entry for each residence, private storage for each residence, and pre-wired for home automation.
