Adelhardt Construction builds firm's new LEED headquarters on the 55th floor of One Penn Plaza

Adelhardt Construction is building their new headquarters on the 55th floor of One Penn Plaza. Adelhardt's culture is about building partnerships, communication, and providing value to both their clients and their team. Positioned in the epicenter of midtown, the new office reflects their brand and culture. The space will feature a private client center, as well as amenity and mixed-use spaces for entertaining. The LEED-rated project has 360-degree views of the city and features two 100'x12' terraces. The interior is a mix of glass private offices, open workstations, and conferencing. Unique architectural details, pops of color, and environmental graphics will be used. Robin Fisher, of Newmark, Knight, Frank, brokered the deal for Adelhardt with Vornado Realty Trust. Adelhardt Construction is guided by their philosophy of equality: "We treat everyone - Clients, Subcontractors and Team Members - with respect." They have built on this philosophy for over 85 years, developing strong partnerships and trusting relationships along the way. They understand their clients' big picture priorities and pay careful attention to the details - delivering reliable, professional project execution. They ask the right questions and provide timely communication on what matters. Their processes, systems and structures enable their people to deliver great work on every Adelhardt project in a safe and supportive environment, both in the office and on the job site To learn more, please visit www.adelhardt.com
