Biller of Kaufman Org. wins SL Green 2012 Green Deal Award

According to The Kaufman Org., associate broker Loren Biller won the SL Green 2012 Green Deal Award for securing the most transactions in the SL Green portfolio. The Green Deal Awards annually recognizes brokers who have secured the most leases, the largest deal and the most interesting deal in SL Green buildings. Biller completed four transactions in SL Green buildings in 2012 for a total of 17,000 s/f. The transactions include: * ITRS Group, an operational and service software management firm for financial institutions at 711 Third Ave. * Phoenix Investment Advisor, a SEC registered investment adviser focusing on high yield credit at 420 Lexington Ave. * TMG e-Media, an independent consulting firm in technology, IT management, application development and interactive digital media at 317 Madison Ave. * Boxtop Media, a firm specializing in advertising and promotion programs on milk containers at 317 Madison Ave. "I am proud to accept this award from SL Green," said Biller. "Building a relationship with one of the top landlords in Manhattan has really benefited my clients. SL Green really delivers quality and value for tenants. Their leasing team is creative and proactive, and their buildings are very well-managed." Biller focuses on tenant representation, helping clients develop real estate strategies based on their long-term business goals. Throughout his career, he has helped companies across multiple industries including finance, media and technology. Biller is an active member of the REBNY Grand Central Office leasing committee, and serves on the board of directors of Boerum Court Owners Corp. He graduated from the Ohio State University in 2000.
