Brooklyn, NY Investment Property Realty Group (IPRG) negotiated the closing of 1627, 1629, 1631 Pacific St. for $9.6 million.

1627 Pacific St. is built 21 ft. x 60 ft., 1629 Pacific St. is built 25 ft. x 60 ft., and 1631 Pacific St. is built 21 ft. x 60 ft.

These three, adjacent, multifamily buildings consist of 22 apartments and combined are 14,670 s/f.

These properties are located between Troy and Albany Ave. in Crown Heights.

Each building has a 15-year 421a Tax Abatement expiring in 2023.
