Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) handled the following transactions:

  • 1115 Jefferson Ave. in Bushwick sold for $2.105 million. This property is located between Evergreen & Bushwick Ave. The lot is built 20 ft. x 100 ft. and the building is built 20 ft. x 45 ft. This multifamily building consists of two apartments and totals 2,700 s/f. The sale price equates to $779 price per s/f and $1.052 million per unit. Derek Bestreich and Steve Reynolds facilitated the sell side of this transaction. Ari Harkov from Brown Harris Stevens facilitated the buyer side of this transaction.
