Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group has completed the following:

351 Grove Street - Brooklyn, NY

351 Grove St.: A three-story multifamily building located in the Bushwick section sold for $1.5 million. This 6-unit property is built 25 ft. x 65 ft. with a 5 ft. x 12 ft. extension, offering 4,905 s/f. Derek Bestreich, Steve Reynolds, Brian Davila, and Tom Reynolds represented both sides of the transaction with 351 Grove LLC being the seller and the buyers were a private investor.  

307 Troutman St.: An 8 apartment property in the Bushwick neighborhood sold for $2 million. This property is built 25 ft x 65 ft, offering 6,500 s/f. Bestreich, Davila, Steve Reynolds and Tom Reynolds represented the seller and the buyer.

632 East 96th Street - Brooklyn, NY

632 East 96th St.: A 5,560 s/f multifamily in the East Flatbush neighborhood sold for $1.025 million. The seller was 632 East 96 CO LLC and the buyer was 632 East 96 Realty LLC. Bestreich, Steve Reynolds, Tom Reynolds and Brian Underkofler represented both sides.

1118 Lenox Road - Brooklyn, NY

1118 Lenox Rd.: A 30 ft. x 90 ft. building with 8,100 s/f in the East Flatbush neighborhood has sold for $1.475 million. The seller was 1118 Lenox CO LLC and the buyer was 1118 Lenox Realty LLC. Bestreich, Underkofler, Steve Reynolds and Tom Reynolds represented both sides.
