Bestreich Realty Group closes $3.3 million sale of mixed-use building

Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) completed the closing of 568 Driggs Ave. in Williamsburg.

The sale price was $3.3 million.

This six-unit, mixed-use building consists of five apartments and one store. It is 5,250 s/f priced at $628 per s/f and $550,000 per unit.

This property is a corner building that is rent stabilized with the ability to sub-divide and develop on the adjacent lot.

The seller was Larry Kessler and the buyer is Barry Wagschal from YBW Realty.

Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Donal Flaherty, Hakeem Lecky, and Corey Haynes from BRG facilitated both sides of the transaction.
