Berkowitz of The Rochlin Org. and Aberham of Philips International broker leases totaling 19,730 s/f at 25 Melville Park Road

Melville, NY According to commercial real estate services firm The Rochlin Organization, the firm completed multiple lease transactions totaling 19,730 s/f at 25 Melville Park Rd., owned and operated by real estate developer Philips International.  Melville Corporate Center is a 100,000 s/f office building situated in Suffolk County, located south of the Long Island Expressway at Exit 49S and the Northern State Parkway at Exit 40.  25 Melville Park Rd. is located in the the area's commercial hub, Rte. 110 Corporate Corridor, accessible to significant and diverse labor pools in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. The building offers tenants on-site parking with 345 free surface spaces, a cafe with seating and great access to both shopping and food establishments.
Marc Berkowitz is heading the project's leasing team along with Andrew Aberham of Philips International.  The deals include:
  • United Mortgage Corp. has extended and expanded their current operation by 7,800 s/f on the 1st Floor.
  • Fusion Management, a financial services firm signed a long term lease for 8,100 s/f on the 1st floor.
  • International Metals Corporation, a precious metals trading firm signed a long term lease for 1,800 s/f on the 1st floor.
  • Mark Rosenbloom ESQ. attorney at law has extended and expanded their current operation by signing a lease for 2,100 s/f on the 1st floor.
Berkowitz said, "Tenants are drawn to 25 Melville Park Road because of quality ownership, convenient location and flexible business terms."
