Rochlin Organization fully leases Smithtown Commons
Smithtown, NY According to commercial real estate services firm The Rochlin Organization, The Smithtown Commons, located at 267/269 Middle Country Rd. is fully leased. The complex consists of six free-standing buildings within a park-like setting, along Middle Country Rd.
Recent lease transactions that brought the complex to full occupancy include Medical Arts Radiology, and The Smilist Management, a multi-located dental practice. Medical Arts Radiology was self represented and The Smilist Management was represented by Lee & Associates.
According to Joseph Kondracke, "In addition to Medical Arts Radiology and The Smilist Management, other tenants include Stony Brook University Hospital and Northwell Health. Demand for high quality medical office space in Smithtown continues to be very strong."
Originally hired by the owners of The Smithtown Commons in early 2016, The Rochlin Organization successfully marketed the properties and leased the vacant premises in record time. "The Smithtown Commons practically sells itself," said Kondracke.
