Berfas and Walsh of Newmark lease 9,409 s/f to SightMD at One Executive Blvd.

Yonkers, NY In its first medical lease since acquiring the property, Simone Development Companies said that SightMD, an integrated ophthalmic provider group, leased 9,409 s/f at One Executive Blvd.

SightMD was represented by Scott Berfas and Glenn Walsh of Newmark. Simone Development’s leasing and legal teams handled the transaction in-house.

SightMD offers patients access to over 80 eye care providers through the convenience of 40 locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Manhattan, Queens, and Westchester. Its services include general eye exams, laser cataract surgery and lens implantation, glaucoma management, retinal disorder treatment, corneal services, neuro-ophthalmology, LASIK laser vision correction, oculoplastic surgery, pediatric ophthalmology, and audiology.

The property is within ¼ mile of 879,426 s/f of existing medical office space. Located at the intersection of Executive Blvd. and North Bdwy., One Executive Blvd. offers visibility and accessibility to major highways and mass transit with parking.
