Bellsey of Breslin Realty completes two leases for Red Mango on Long Island

According to Kenneth Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Inc., Jeb Bellsey, director of corporate retail services, has completed two leases on behalf of Red Mango. Red Mango Authentic Frozen Yogurt Shoppes signed leases for space in Massapequa and Oceanside in Nassau County, Long Island. Red Mango is a franchise brought to the U.S. by Daniel Kim. The company specializes in fat-free, gluten-free, low-calorie authentic frozen yogurt with live active cultures and has been certified by the National Yogurt Assoication. Typical stores range from 1,000 s/f to 1,500 s/f. Red Mango has over 40 locations throughout the nation and plans on an aggressive expansion, opening over 20 stores in the metropolitan area within the next two years.
