* A 1,300 s/f space at 999-29 Montauk Hwy., Shirley. The property is owned by Lerner Hiedenberg for which Batista was the exclusive broker.
* A 2,000 s/f space at 467 86th St., Brooklyn. The property was a co-brokered by Batisa and Steve Hantzepetros.
