Barcel Group handles five sales totaling $15.725 million

Brooklyn, NY The Barcel Group has completed the sale of five buildings totaling $15.725 million.

  • 573 Franklin Ave., a three-story walk-up building in Crown Heights sold for $2.05 million. The vacant property consists of four residential apartments totaling 5,000 s/f. Marcel Fridman and Bart Zimmermann represented all parties in this off-market transaction.
  • 1247 Ave. V, a four-story full rent-stabilized walk-up building in Sheepshead Bay, sold for $2.6 million (15x GRM).The property consists of 12 residential units totaling 10,600 s/f. Fridman represented the purchaser in this off-market transaction.
  • 913 St. Marks Ave., a three-story walk-up building in Crown Heights sold for $2.325 million. The vacant property consists of four residential units, totaling 5850 s/f. Fridman represented all parties. 
  • 1005 46th St., a four-story walk-up building in Borough Park sold for $3.7 million. The vacant property consists of 12 residential units totaling 10,800 s/f. Fridman represented all parties. 
  • 527 Monroe St., a four-story walk-up building in Bedford-Stuyvesant sold for $5.05 million. The vacant 14-unit building totals 12,000 s/f.  Fridman was the sole broker.
