Banister, Beck, Stratton and Winkler join with The Massimo Group

Cary, NC Four real estate executives have joined The Massimo Group, according to Rod Santomassimo, founder & president.

Joining the firm are: Andy Banister, former first vice president of CBRE in Indianapolis; Justin Beck, president of the commercial real estate division of Beck Partners; Marge Stratton, SIOR, of Mel Foster Commercial, Davenport, Iowa; and Enon Winkler, managing partner at MHRE, Inc., Sterling Heights, Mich. Each will maintain his or her own independent business while working with Massimo Group clients across North America.

Banister is a former member of CBRE’s Capital Markets Institutional Properties Group, focusing on investment property sales and delivering complete real estate advisory and transaction services to global, regional and local institutional and private clients. He has been directly involved in the leasing, sale or financing of various office and industrial projects in Indianapolis, Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati with transactions totaling over $3 billion. Prior to joining CBRE in 1996, he served as chief financial officer for Mansur Development in Indianapolis; senior vice president of finance and administration for Vantage Development in Columbus, Ohio; and corporate controller for Vantage Development at the corporate headquarters in Dallas.

Prior to becoming president of the Commercial Real Estate Division of Beck Partners, Beck served as president for Beck Property Company, the predecessor of Beck Partners. There, he continues to grow the most dynamic Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm on the Gulf Coast. He has earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM Institute, and the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

With more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Stratton has specialized in sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail property. She has represented several Fortune 500 companies in addition to many local landlords and tenants in the Quad Cities area, and is a member of Mel Foster Commercial’s Chairman’s Club, the company’s highest achievement. She has also worked in conjunction with a property management firm managing over 500,000 s/f of retail and office space.

A veteran of the multifamily and manufactured housing industry, Winkler has transacted in excess of $1 billion of investment sales as a broker, and has been a top producer at the national firms where he has worked, building successful teams. As principal, Winkler has been a partner in an apartment community, office building and multiple mobile home park communities throughout the Southeast United States. Winkler is a graduate form the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a major in Finance and is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

The four join current Massimo Group coaches Brad Ahrens, Bo Barron II, Brian French, Don Gabriel, Howard Meier, Doug Molyneaux, Jeff Nelsen, Brian Nelson, Michael O’Mara, David Reed, Paul Reitz, Alex Ruggieri, Lee Rust, Ralph Spencer, Blaine Strickland and Gary Tharp in offering clients one-to-one or group coaching and video conference calls, combined with the firm’s proprietary systems and materials. All MassimoGroup consultants and coaches receive an extensive immersion on these systems prior to working with clients.
