As senior managing director focusing on B6’s capital advisory practice, Sperandio will utilize his extensive history in loan origination, debt placement and valuation to source debt and equity for B6’s clients. Steven’s skill base in debt placement stems from his eight-plus years of lender experience, which included loan sizing, underwriting and due diligence on over $6 billion of balance sheet and CMBS financings.
