Brooklyn, NY B6 Real Estate Advisors has closed on the sale of 166 Berry St. in the Williamsburg neighborhood for $20 million.

The sale of this 6,200 s/f building in this growing retail corridor at a price of $3,226 per s/f represents a record-setting transaction for this area. The property totals 16,740 buildable s/f.

Representing the seller, Avi Kendi, were Thomas Donovan, partner and vice chairman; DJ Johnston, partner; Tommy Lin; Eugene Kim; Robert Rappa; William Cheng; Bryan Kirk; and Michael Murphy, all of B6.

Eliot Tawil of Wharton Properties was the buyer.
