Avdoo & Partners and Brent Buck Architects break ground on 110 Boerum

Brooklyn, NY Avdoo & Partners Development have broken ground on 110 Boerum Pl., a new residential development coming to the neighborhood of Cobble Hill. Designed by Brooklyn-based firm Brent Buck Architects, 110 Boerum Place will offer 21 luxury condominium residences with crafted interiors, amenities and a private outdoor space.

“This is a rare opportunity to introduce new development which integrates convenience, sophistication and modern living within the historic fabric of Cobble Hill,” said Shlomi Avdoo, CEO and founder of Avdoo & Partners. “We’re curating a lifestyle at 110 Boerum Pl. where residents can enjoy bespoke finishes, full-service amenities and functional layouts in the heart of Brownstone Brooklyn.”

The six-story building comprises 65,000 s/f and spans the full block on Boerum Pl. from Dean St. to Pacific St. An oasis in the city, 110 Boerum Pl. was conceived as a contemporary interpretation of city living through architecture and design. Inside, the oversized homes feature craftsmanship, multiple exposures and private outdoor space. Residents will also have access to a full suite of programmed sun-lit amenities, parking, storage and bike storage. 

“We’re thrilled to be working with Brent and his team on their first condominium project which we believe will be a new architectural landmark,” said Brendan Aguayo, who is spearheading design direction for the project. “110 Boerum Pl. is being designed and built to the highest caliber and we’re excited to reveal such a significant project on one of the last large scale sites in storied Cobble Hill.” 

Situated in Cobble Hill, 110 Boerum Pl. offers an authentic New York experience which is woven into the neighborhood’s historic brownstones, tree-lined streets, restaurants and fine dining, and shopping. Residents will be close to green spaces like Cobble Hill Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, as well as beloved cultural institutions like BAM, Mark Morris Dance Theater and Barclays Center. 

Batu Aksoy, CEO and vice chairperson of Aksoy Holding, is working closely with Avdoo as a development partner on 110 Boerum Pl. Aksoy, known for the development of the celebrated Ritz Carlton project in Bodrum, continues to expand its international portfolio with projects across multiple asset classes in New York, Florida and Colorado.
