AmTrust Title introduces AMT Title Services residential title division

New York, NY AmTrust Title, a subsidiary of AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., introduced AMT Title Services, the new brand for its residential title division acquired in 2022. AMT Title Services, formerly Netco Title, is licensed or otherwise authorized to operate in 40 states and the District of Columbia, with 25 offices across the United States providing title and escrow services to residential customers, agents and lenders.

“We are excited to be part of the AmTrust Title family and look forward to providing current and future customers with our signature high service levels,” said Rob Callaghan, division president, AMT Title Services. “We have ambitious plans to grow our traditional business and will continue to expand the customer base for our value-added technology services that reduce research time and improve transaction speed for residential title agents.”

AmTrust Title has three main divisions:

AmTrust Title Insurance Company (ATIC) is a full-service title company providing title insurance to real estate owners, law firms, managers, global investors, hedge funds, developers, REITS and lenders. ATIC is headquartered and domiciled in New York, NY, and is licensed in 49 states and several jurisdictions internationally. ATIC is able to support commercial and residential title transactions from small to large, supported by experienced staff with long-standing relationships in commercial real estate.

AMT Title Services provides full Title and Escrow services for agents and clients in 40 states and the District of Columbia, offering flexible closings and industry-leading turnaround times for residential real estate transactions. Clients benefit from a dedicated customer service team that ensures seamless operations across state lines.
