The kitchen spaces are equipped with custom millwork in light oak that blends with white oak floors, a brass light fixture hanging over a marble island, and appliances by Bosch. Bathrooms come equipped with custom wood vanity features that line a large marble countertop, flanked by a custom-designed, white oak medicine cabinet with storage, a glass-enclosed rain shower with floor-to-ceiling Carrara porcelain tiling, along with matte black fixtures, gray porcelain flooring, and subtle brass details.
Residents will have access to amenities including a landscaped outdoor rooftop terrace, private rear-yard terraces, a fitness center with yoga rooms, a residential lounge space, a children’s playroom, private and bicycle storage, a communal laundry room, and a pet washing station, to name a few.
In addition to 200 Montague’s amenities, residents will have access to the 7,000 s/f of the building’s retail offering.
