Many thanks to Katheryn DeClerck who taught “Realtor Hunger Games” in July. Katheryn kept the participants very engaged and the course fulfilled the two hour requirement for implicit bias training to renew your New York real estate license. We have two upcoming courses, via Zoom, to fulfill the ethics, agency and law requirement for license renewal (see below). The Education Committee chaired by Ed Gallacher, CCIM is doing a great job setting up courses to help meet all requirements for license renewal.

The Communications Committee chaired by Jim Kelly, CCIM and vice chair Mark Rohlin are also doing a fantastic job with the communications initiative to advertise NYSCAR throughout the state. We are very proud of our organization which includes seven chapters. If you would like information on membership, please email [email protected].
