Atlantic Property Management expands platform into Albany County

Latham, NY Atlantic Property Management, a leading full-service commercial property management firm, is expanding its property management platform. The company has been awarded the management contracts for Latham Crossing, located at 601 Troy Schenectady Road, and Crossroads Plaza, located at 801 Loudon Road. 

This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone in Atlantic’s continued growth throughout the Northeast and reflects the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, hands-on management services across retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties.

Both Latham Crossing and Crossroads Plaza are high-traffic retail centers situated along the busy Route 7 corridor and feature a dynamic tenant mix including national retailers and local favorites.
