Artful Dodger re-opens after year-long redesign
Artful Dodger recently re-opened after a year of work by owner Mike Conforti and the design team of Frank Relf of Frank G. Relf, Architect, P.C., and Beth Donner of Beth Donner Designs. The Dodger's classy, upscale lounge offers adult crowds a new and illuminating experience. The atmosphere makes patrons feel as if they had been transported to a trendy Manhattan nightspot.
The newly renovated Artful Dodger is located at 30 New St. in Huntington Village.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.
What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
