Arnzen joins Falcon Pacific as senior project manager

New York, NY According to Kent Swig, president of Falcon Pacific Construction, LLC and Falcon Pacific Builders, LLC, the company has appointed Robert Arnzen as a senior project manager. 

He will be supervising the new, 200-room, 21-story hotel, to be developed by Onboard Hospitality LLC.

“We are pleased to announce that Robert Arnzen has joined the Falcon Pacific team as a senior project manager. In that capacity, he will oversee construction on a new hotel located at 36 West 38th St. We are thrilled to have Robert oversee this new ground up hotel development,” said Swig.

“It is a pleasure to add Robert to the Falcon Pacific professional team. His construction experience in all asset classes of real estate will be of great value to our expanding Falcon Pacific client base. I look forward to working with him in the years ahead,” stated Carl Schwartz, Chief Executive Officer and Joe Caraciolo, Chief Operating Officer of Falcon Pacific.

Arnzen has worked in the real estate industry for over 35 years, specializing in design and construction.  He has a diverse background in residential, hotel, commercial, retail, and recreational construction for major construction management firms, institutions and developers. His experience includes taking projects from inception to occupancy, continuously providing clients with the highest level of service and integrity.   

Arnzen began his Project Manager career at Lend Lease, formerly known as Lehrer McGovern Bovis, a construction management firm where he served as Project Manager and Superintendent, for 12 years. Most recently, he was with Hudson Meridian Construction Group, overseeing mixed-use projects.

Arnzen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from New York Institute of Technology in Architectural and Building Technology and is a White Plains, NY resident.
