Arbor appoints Connolly to assoc. general counsel

Arbor Commercial Mortgage has appointed William Connolly to associate general counsel. Connolly is responsible for negotiating and structuring multiple lender agreements for bridge, mezzanine financing and preferred equity transactions, as well as securitizations and Intercreditor Agreements. He reports to Guy Milone, senior vice president, general counsel. Prior to joining Arbor, Connolly was an associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP in New York City. He also held previous positions with Kaye Scholer LLP and Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP. Connolly earned a Juris Doctorate from the Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
