Maynard joins Zere Real Estate Services

William Maynard is new on board with Zere Real Estate Services. He was formerly with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Commercial Division. He is a former Lieutenant in the FDNY, U.S. Navy veteran, Goldman Sachs Fire Safety officer, Bankers Trust Fire Safety director, an active volunteer of The Suffolk County Community Response Team, Smithtown Meals On Wheels, and also a hands on member of The Long Island 9/11 Memorial Foundation at Farmingdale State College. Maynard will be specializing in commercial office and industrial properties. Marie Zere, president & CEO of Zere said "Bill has a friendly charismatic personality with an impressive background.
