JAACRES
Manhattan, NY The Secret Broker Society president Joseph Aquino of JAACRES, with colleague Lynn San Andres have assisted Charleston Shoe Co. in its third lease signing this year.
The new location is a two-level space at 172 Spring St., off West Broadway, totaling 1,000 s/f.
The landlord was represented by Scott Schneidman and Scott Klatsky of Time Equities Inc.
