Aquino of JAACRES and San Andreas of Mason Alexander Grp. lease 1,200 s/f to Charleston Shoe Co.

Manhattan, NY The International Secret Brokers Society sales and leasing team of Joseph Aquino, president of JAACRES, and Lynn San Andres, president of The Mason Alexander Group has leased Charleston Shoe Co. their 1,200 s/f store at 1393 Avenue of the Americas at West 57th St.  

The Georgetown Co. is the property owner and  was represented by Michael Azarian and Rob Kuppersmith of Cushman and Wakefield. 

Aquino said, “This is a fabulous location in keeping with Charleston’s travel and tourism customer focus.  The store is located within a short walking distance of the Plaza Hotel, the St. Regis, the Peninsula, the Sheraton and the Hilton Hotel making this a highly desirable locale.” 

San Andres said, “We showed them over 60 locations before they fell in love with this site with its exceptional commercial potential.  We know they are going to do extremely well here.”

Charleston Shoe Co., a national shoe retailer with 20 locations, can be found in tourist and resort settings throughout the U.S.  Charleston Shoe is known for its highly fashionable and easy to wear women’s foot ware which are custom designed and affordable.
