Antebi of GFI brokers $1.95 million sale of 197 St. Marks Avenue
GFI Realty Services, Inc. arranged the sale of 197 St. Marks Avenue, a three-story walk up apartment building located in the Prospect Heights section of the borough for $1.95 million or $325,000 per unit. This multi-family property consists of 6 apartments and was constructed in 1931.
This deal was exclusively marketed by Shlomo Antebi, senior director of investments sales, who represented the seller and the buyer in this transaction, both of whom are local investors.
"The property is in a great location that continues to grow in rental demand," Antebi said. "The buyer will be able to take advantage of the area's increasing rents which are a product of the improving commercial corridors and its close proximity to Manhattan."
The property is centrally located in close proximity to the Brooklyn Museum, Grand Army Plaza and Prospect Park West.
