Bronx, NY GFI Realty Services, LLC completed the $3 million sale of 2450 Fuller St, a corner four-story walk-up, 16-unit multifamily property located in the Westchester Square neighborhood. GFI Realty senior director Shlomo Antebi represented the seller and the buyer, both of whom are local investors.

Constructed in 1927, the 13,680 s/f property features a mix of 14 one-bedroom units, one two-bedroom unit and one three-bedroom unit.

“The sellers realized that investors would be attracted to this stable cash-flowing multifamily asset,” said Antebi. “The property is ideally situated just blocks from the square, an area in the neighborhood where all of the national and local retailers are located as well as the main transit hub.”
