American Investment Properties brokers $630,000 sale

American Investment Properties has completed the sale of a multifamily property located at 56-60 Morrell St. The subject sold for $630,000. "We were able to secure that specific investor, who understood and accepted the required needs to manage this property properly, and successfully brokered the sale of 56-60 Morrell St. in Hempstead for $630,000; $105,000/unit," said Ron Koenigsberg, president of American Investment Properties. Koenigsberg's firm represented the seller and the purchaser.
