Alchemy Properties tops off 32-unit Isis Condominium at 303 East 77th St.

On May 29, Alchemy Properties, Inc. celebrated the topping off of its newest condominium development, Isis Condominium, located at 303 East 77th St. in the heart of the Upper East Side. As a pleasant surprise, P.S. 290's first grade class stopped by the festivities to congratulate the development and construction team and present a mural of the building. As a thank you gesture, Alchemy Properties invited the students to sign the American flag that is now flying atop Isis Condominium. When completed, The Isis Condominium will contain 32 two, two-plus den and three-bedroom residences ranging in size from 1,205 s/f to 1,691 s/f. The family-friendly building will feature a ground-level retail space, two spacious units on each floor and four penthouses. Combination full-floor plans are available to create units as large as four bedrooms with dens. For more information visit www.IsisCondo.com.
