Acedo joins Atlantic Development Group

Adriana Acedo has joined Atlantic Development Group, one of New York City's leading developers of residential and mixed-use properties, as director of marketing and tenant relations. In her newly created position, Acedo will coordinate all marketing activities related to Atlantic Development Group's growing portfolio of market-rate residential properties. In addition to handling tenant relations for all existing and new properties, she will directly interface with the firm's development, management and construction teams. "Adriana will play a key role in leasing and marketing all of the market rate buildings in our portfolio," said principal Marc Altheim. "She has quickly become the point person on our branding campaign for the Residences at NorthRose in addition to working with our architects and interior designers on the development of model apartments, amenity spaces, renderings and marketing materials." Acedo was most recently a vice president of development for New York-based Ekstein Development where she managed and supervised the marketing, planning and pre-development of more than $150 million in new residential projects. Prior to joining Ekstein, she held senior level marketing positions with Prudential Douglas Elliman, The Corcoran Group and other real estate development firms. During her recent career, she oversaw the marketing of more than one million s/f of residential property. Her marketing skills are matched with a keen understanding of real estate finance, project management and design. Acedo, who earned her MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia Univ., previously held the position of equities research associate for Citigroup Asset Mgmt.
