Ahamed of Helmsley Spear leases 7,600 s/f

Long Island City, NY Helmsley Spear, LLC represented United Universal Management in the lease of 7,600 s/f located at 33-55 and 33-67 Crescent St.

Helmsley Spear’s Showket Ahamed, associate broker, represented the tenant.

United Universal Management will be operating the United Universal Party Hall. The company signed a lease for a term of six years with an asking rent of $40 per s/f. The building was previously occupied as a Walgreen’s Pharmacy.

The landlord was represented by the Law Office of John Ciafone.

This location is located on Crescent St., with transportation access to several subway and bus mass transit lines.
