ACEC New York names new officers and directors for 2010-2011

The American Council of Engineering Companies of New York (ACEC) inducted its 2010/2011 officers and directors on June 16 at the association's annual meeting. Neil Lucey, P.E., senior vice president and New York area manager for Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), New York City, became the new chairman on July 1, succeeding outgoing chairman Robert Radley, P.E., of T.Y. Lin International. Radley takes on the position of the national director of ACEC New York. Prior to joining PB in April, Lucey held leadership positions with the consulting engineering firm Daniel Frankfurt P.C., and as president in 2006 he facilitated its integration with HDR.
