ACC Space launches ACC Real Estate Services

Garden City, NY ACC Space has launched their brokerage firm, as a part of their full service real estate company, ACC Real Estate Services. 

Chip Entwistle, principal, Gurpeet Singh, director, and Jonathan Schechter, assistant director, have joined the company in order to maintain ACC’s vision of providing in-house services in all areas of commercial real estate services.

By forming an alliance with these brokers, CEO John Proscia continues to offer first-class talent of a large management firm, with the personal attention of a local company.

Entwistle founded ACC Space, a firm that works in conjunction with ACC Real Estate Services, Inc., to facilitate commercial real estate decisions and transactions for corporations, developers, investors and landlords. He started his career on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange where he was involved with institutional sales and trading.  

He joined Sutton & Edwards, Inc. (now Colliers International), in 2003, where he received the prestigious Tenderfoot Award.  Since then, he has been involved in over 1.5 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions.  He has dealt with a myriad of clients large and small, from Guardian Life Insurance to individual medical practices.  Some of his notable transactions include the sale of 301-501 Franklin Ave. in Garden City for $48 million, the sale of Expressway Plaza in Roslyn (150,000 sf office building), and the lease of 506 Stewart Ave. to Mercy Medical Center (Catholic Health Services). 

Gurpreet (Sonny) Singh, works with Chip Entwistle, as Director of ACC Space.  He began his career as a real estate analyst with E-Value Appraisals, and later joined Homevest, Inc., where he was involved in all acquisitions of distressed real estate assets, and later as property manager of all company-owned properties.  In 2013, he founded Kings Homes & Associates and was involved in over $24 million dollars in total sales volume.  In 2015, he accepted a position at Industry One Realty as associate broker with a primary focus on landlord representation services.  Some notable transactions include the sale of 188-11 Hillside Ave. in Jamaica, the lease of 45 Seaview Blvd in Port Washington to Pasargad Carpets, and the sale of a bank-owned retail strip located at 699 E Merrick Rd in Lynbrook. 

Jonathan Schechter is a licensed real estate salesperson who recently started his real estate career at ACC Space. after having owned a distribution business in the past.  He began his career in finance and is a graduate of Hofstra University.
