Abigail Michaels Concierge provides services at 1180 Sixth Ave.

Murray Hill Properties & The Carlyle Group have retained the services of Abigail Michaels Concierge to provide the ultimate work environment at 1180 Sixth Ave., the class A office building along "Corporate Row" between 46th and 47th St. "Our tenants are very busy people," said David Greene, executive managing director at Murray Hill Properties. "If we can make their lives a little easier that is a good thing for us." Abbie Newman, co-founder of Abigail Michaels Concierge, predicts Abigail Michaels will be busy at 1180 Sixth Ave., "a building where high profile corporate tenants include Scripps Interactive, HGTV, Food Network, New York Life and Misys. "This is a special building with a great location and tenants who demand this high level of service," said Newman. For the tenants, the concierge service is free. The building owner pays for the service, tenants pay only for what they contract to use.  Tenants contact Abigail Michaels Concierge staff directly with their requests online or by telephone. At 1180 Sixth Ave., Murray Hill Properties and the Carlyle Group also hired Abigail Michaels Concierge to host several major events at the building, including a recent broker's event and an upcoming holiday party. "We are pleased to provide this upscale lifestyle amenity to our valued tenants as an expansion of our commitment to service," said Greene. "Abigail Michaels demonstrates a shared vision for maintaining a high-quality lifestyle even at the workplace." "We are delighted to provide "hotel-caliber" concierge service - one of Manhattan's most exclusive commercial buildings," said Michael Fazio, principal and cofounder of Abigail Michaels.
