What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
Between the enactment of the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019, and the recent issues that have arisen with tenants as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, my Ingram colleagues and I have been guiding landlords and multifamily building owners through these unprecedented times. I am proud to be part of an amazing work team, and am always proud of the work that we do.

What conferences, books, blogs, podcasts, or influencers would you recommend to women?
For the past two years, I have had the pleasure of chairing the multifamily round-table at the New York Women’s Real Estate Forum. The participants in the round-table were dynamic women who hold important positions within various real estate companies in New York. Everyone participated in lively discussions about relevant and timely topics affecting real estate in New York, including the impact of the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019, as well as potential responses and procedures to what at that time was the potential COVID-19 outbreak. The New York Women’s Real Estate Forum is a great event that provides women with an opportunity to network and meet women in all facets of the real estate industry.

What is one characteristic that you believe every woman in business should possess?
I believe that we must all be resilient. Some days, things will go your way, and on other days you will get beat up and knocked down. On those days, no matter how difficult it may feel in the moment, you must be resilient - pick yourself up, dust yourself off - learn from the bad days and take that lesson with you as you move on to the next.
