What is one characteristic that you believe every woman in business should possess?
I believe every woman in business should possess tenacity, which is the persistent determination to achieve a set goal despite any difficulties encountered. This is important whether working on a specific project to provide valuable information to help brokers successfully bring a tenant rep or agency leasing deal across the finish line, or a personal goal to have a seat at the table and be heard in a male-dominated environment.

What was your favorite job and what did you learn from it?
Outside of my current role in real estate, my favorite job was working on Wall St. as a research analyst. From this I learned how to navigate a tough environment and remain in a position to provide valuable insights to internal and external clients.
