What is one characteristic that you believe every woman in business should possess?
Positivity. It’s important to have a positive attitude even when it seems impossible at times, to embrace change and challenges with an open mind. Portraying positivity to those around you encouraging maximum achievement will enhance not only productivity, but morale and an overall well balanced environment where everyone will want to be the best versions of themselves.

What would you tell your daughter if she was interested in following in your footsteps?
What my mother passed on to me: Stay focused at the task at hand and never pass up an opportunity when one is presented, no matter how hard it may seem at the time, you will reap the benefits in one way or another and ultimately achieve your career goals.
