What is one characteristic that you believe every woman in business should possess? 
Every woman in business should learn to be confident in who they are and with the choices they make. Early in my career, I was lucky to work for two businesswomen who started their own talent representation company. While it was fun to be part of the creative world of TV commercial production, what I learned the most was how to be a female entrepreneur. They took the time to mentor me and taught me what it takes to run my own business. It has also inspired me to pay it forward and be a mentor myself.
