What is one characteristic that you believe every woman in business should possess? 
I believe that every woman in business should be value based. Have the courage to act upon your values, and know what value that you bring to the table to any business relationship. 

What was your favorite job and what did you learn from it? 
My favorite job is my current one! I truly enjoy and love what I do. You are constantly growing and learning in this industry, and you meet the most incredible people along the way. I have learned that I can accomplish anything if I am determined and am willing to take risks, and to always trust my instincts. Throughout my career in real estate, I have also learned that balancing serendipity and productivity is a delicate and necessary balance.
